The bright and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home has a comfortable open floor plan and boasts two roomy master suites; each has its own queen bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet. The rooms are located on either side of the main livingroom area. A cozy screened "Arizona" styled sun room is conveniently sheltered from the elements and is the perfect outdoor dining location throughout the temperate days and evenings. It comes complete with, an 8" thick full sized futon, comfortable padded outdoor chairs with foot rests, and a large dining table to provide guests with an extra conversation space and extended options for relaxing and taking in the magnificent sunsets and lake view, Big screen TVs are WiFi capable and located in every room in the house. The home gleams with the new flooring recently installed, and many walls are freshly re-painted. The sectional couch in the living room has a fold out full sized bed with a brand new memory foam mattress. The well appointed kitchen abounds with a plethora of small appliances, (coffee makers, popcorn popper, toaster) and the large items include a state of the art oversized refrigerator, microwave, brand new garbage disposal, reverse osmosis system for delicious drinking water, microwave oven and toaster oven. There is no lack of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The door locks are conveniently controlled electronically, and security is managed by an exterior Camera system. The backyard is fully fenced, with gates on either side. The home is located in a very safe and quiet cul de sac and sits amongst only 5 others, with helpful and friendly neighbors in this quiet little oasis. We look forward to welcoming you to our place
