Our 2,958sf cabin, nestled on 1.79 acres of lakefront land on Watts Bar Lake, is a spacious and inviting retreat. With its numerous large windows, every room offers stunning views of the lake and plenty of natural light.
Main Floor: Features vaulted ceilings and a large master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and access to the sun deck. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary adventures, complete with a range, dishwasher, microwave, and more. The dining area and counter seating offer ample space for meals, complemented by scenic lake views. The living room boasts comfortable seating, a large fireplace, and a TV. Step outside to enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor dining area on the sun deck. Additionally, there's a half bath, laundry room, and a cozy side deck with two hanging double egg swing chairs.
Loft: Head up the stairs to the open loft including 3 single beds, a TV, and a full bathroom, offering a flexible sleeping space.
Basement: This walkout level features another fully equipped kitchen and counter dining.. It houses two sleeping areas: a bunk corner with four single bunks (open space) and a secluded area with a queen bed and curtain for privacy. The living space includes a wood-burning stove, TV, and a large sectional that can sleep up to two.. The basement opens to a lower deck with picturesque lake views and includes a ping pong table and chess area for entertainment.
Additional Sleeping Accommodations: In addition to the spacious rooms and amenities previously described, our cabin also offers flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. We provide 2 twin air mattresses and 2 twin foam sleeping pads, which can comfortably accommodate 4 additional guests. These extra sleeping options are perfect for larger families or groups who wish to stay together. You'll find the pads under the King & Queen beds and the air mattresses and 2-pack and plays (to be used as cribs) in the master closet.

Summary: We had two families stay at the cabin with 12 total, 8 kids ages 1-14. The house layout is great to spread out and had the most beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub, bonfire, ping pong, board games, and kayaks! At checkin there were a few hiccups due to the construction happening on the dock, but the property manager was quick to address our concerns and questions. Every question we had was answered immediately! The fact that they are making improvements on the property for easier access to the water activities will be great for future guests. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and dishes. The laundry area worked plus had detergent - thank you! Also, we had small children and used the pack in play, high chair, stroller, books, and toys. Great extra stuff to have available for guests. There is an online guest information book, but I would have appreciated a hard copy in the unit and had to ask for WiFi information which was then provided. The HVAC system works continuously to heat the upper floors while the basement is cold. Also, during late afternoons, the main floor gets hot and bright sun is obnoxious during dinner, which could be solved if window treatments were installed. Overall, highly recommend the property for a relaxing and hospitable vacation!
