This spectacular, seven-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom, oceanfront home is the perfect choice for the ultimate vacation for multiple families. This three-story, elevatored home is professionally decorated and offers breathtaking, panoramic views from most rooms, including four of the seven bedrooms, which are oceanfront and have their own private balconies on the second and third floors. The remaining three bedrooms also feature views of the salt marsh.
Bedding and Bathroom Configurations
First Level:
The first of the seven bedrooms is located on the first floor and offers a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV and private access to a bathroom that has a large tiled shower with a glass enclosure and is shared with the hall. A half-bath near the pool and a laundry room complete the first floor of the home.
Second Level:
The first bedroom offers a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV and a private veranda that offers views of the salt marsh. This bedroom has an entry into the shared bath, which has a spa tub, two stone sinks, and a beautifully tiled, glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The other bedroom off of this bathroom has a flatscreen Smart TV and a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony.
The third bedroom on this level is a stunning main suite with a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV and its own oceanfront balcony.
The en suite main bath features travertine stone flooring, a spa tub, and a large tiled shower in a glass enclosure with two sprayers and a vanity with dual sinks.
Third Level:
The first bedroom has a flatscreen Smart TV and a private veranda overlooking the salt marsh. This bedroom shares a bath with the adjoining sixth bedroom. The shared bath features a single vanity and stone shower with glass enclosure and leads to the next bedroom.

Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the best vacation possible! This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. At least seven days notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given. Please note there is a five-day minimum to heat the pool.

Parking notes: Private Driveway - parking is limited to 4 cars, with 2 additional in garage if necessary. There is no garage code. You will have to close the garage from the inside.

5 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD152 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
