This apartment is located on 3rd Street, the Main Street in historic downtown Wausau. There are shops, restaurants, bookstore, services, hair salons, art galleries and museums, grocery store, riverwalk and antiques all within walking distance of just a couple of blocks. Our first class medical facilities and hospitals are less than 10 minutes away. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking at your home away from home.
This apartment is located on the second floor of a commercial building in historic downtown. No parking is allowed on public streets during the hours of 2am to 6am, however, I provide free overnight parking in a private lot a half a block away. During the day, feel free to park anywhere next to the building.
We are currently in the process of restoring the first floor of the building where this apartment is located. No worries, though, the noisy work is well behind us and all is quiet.
No need to keep up with keys, as access to the building and the apartment are both managed with a keypad on the door. You will be given all the codes and instructions for entry prior to your arrival.
