The space:
Step into the beautifully furnished Pocono Pines Chalet, a place where fun meets comfort. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom property comfortable accommodates 12 guests, perfect for family gatherings or a retreat with friends. The chalet is pet friendly, ensuring your furry friends can join the fun, and it is equipped with essential amenities for infants and children, including a high chair, travel crib, baby gates and children’s dinnerware.

This gated community is perfect for families and vacationers looking for a memorable getaway. We provide a selection of board games for quality bonding time. Plus, for extra convenience, one of the couches doubles a s sleeper sofa, featuring a full bed. You'll find sheets for the sleeper sofa in the closet next to the kitchen, ensuring a cozy night's sleep for everyone in the family.
Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen is your culinary haven, offering everything you need for an stress-free and delightful mealtime experience. You'll find a complete set of cutlery, dishes, and glassware for all of your dining needs. Brew your morning pick-me-up with the included coffee maker, complete with a selection of Keurig pods. A tea kettle is also on hand for tea enthusiasts. Cook up a storm with pots and pans, bake to your heart's content with baking sheets and muffin tins and serve your creations in style with our selection of serving bowls. Bedroom 4: Our kid-friendly bedroom is a delightful space designed for young adventurers. It offers a full-sized bed, a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom, and a twin bed on top, along with a convenient pull-out twin trundle for extra guests or siblings. To add to the excitement, we've included a Tee-Pee for imaginative play and extra fun. Sheets for the pull-out twin trundle are thoughtfully provided in the wardrobe ensuring a cozy and enjoyable night's sleep for all your little explorers.

Guest access
With the exception of the shed, 2 linen closets and one owner’s closet in the basement, guests will have access to the entire home!
Other things to note
This home is located in a gated community so before you arrive, you’ll be asked to fill out a registration form specifically for the community. It must be returned to us 3 days before your arrival, otherwise, you will be charged a $75 expedited processing fee. Registration forms must be submitted 24 hours prior to access being granted to the community. Amenities passes are available for $13 per person daily, and you can purchase them directly at any pool location. With the passes, you will have access to community pools (Memorial Day-Labor Day) , swimming beaches, mini-golf, and paddle boats (July 1st-Labor Day).
