Less than a mile from beautiful Norfork lake, on a quiet dead end street with a huge yard, big deck and tons of space for family and friends, you're going to feel right at home in this cozy lake house!!
It is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make and share a meal in the large, open concept kitchen complete with ample counter space, crisp white cabinets, a huge sink, large table, bar stools and a coffee bar! Spend your mornings on the quiet, elevated deck watching for deer and enjoying a hot cup of coffee. Later, play a game in the spacious living room or unwind by snuggling on the big comfy couches with a movie on the large screen TV. When it's time to sleep, the 4 bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10 people! The huge master boasts a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, a dresser, 2 bedside tables and an attached full master bath! One room offers a large closet with a queen-sized bed and another offers a large closet with a full-sized bed. The 4th bedroom is complete with two sets of bunks positioned low to the ground to provide safe sleeping for both children and adults! There is a 2nd bathroom with a full tub/shower combo that is stocked with shampoo / conditioner, soap, lots of towels, a blow dryer, hair straightener and a curling iron!
Our property is just minutes from the grocery store, restaurants and ice cream! We cannot wait for you to enjoy a relaxing getaway at the lake house and hope you'll feel right at home!
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 nights throughout the year with the exception of the following:
Holiday Weekends - 3 nights required
Peak Season - Mid May thru Mid August - 3 nights required
10% Discount for any weekly bookings of 7 or more nights.
