Positive: What a lovely hotel with excellent staff that made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I mentioned at check in that I was looking forward to having a bath. Unfortunately our room didn't have one but the lovely lady changed our room to one that had a bath. She didn't have to do that but it was very much appreciated. She also helped us with directions to where we where going that evening. The rooms are so big and the bed was very comfortable. We had an excellent stay mainly down to the lovely staff. Nice wine at the bar too with an are to drink outside in the sun. Thanks for a great stay.
