Situated on a narrow promontory between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz convinced this ground-floor holiday home with a gorgeous water view and full sun on the south-facing terrace. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger. Wellness lovers get their money's worth - infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED color light therapy and a relax whirlpool invite you to relax after the beach walk. Fantastic views open up from the living area and on the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. Hafenkino provides entertainment during a convivial barbecue or romantic candlelit dinner. On holiday is time for creative cooking - the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast right on the water - pure holiday feeling. The two bedrooms have access to the second terrace. Underfloor heating, whirlpool and sauna promise comfort in every season. In front of the house there is a private parking space and a own bicycle shed available. The holiday property is an apartment on the ground floor.
