When the snow melts in Breckenridge, ski trails give way to mountain biking and hiking trails and adventure is in full force. The rivers start to rush, the wildflowers begin to bloom and everyone is outside taking in the 300+ days of Colorado sunshine. This summer so you can start planning ahead for a trip of a lifetime!
This large, new, ultra-comfortable, beautifully furnished estate is located in a desirable area a mere 10 miles south from Breckenridge Ski Resort. (All roads are maintained between our estate and the ski resorts) You will enjoy this east-facing, sunny and spacious home surrounded by soaring pines, flowers and magnificent mountain views at over 11,380 ft high!
Our rooms are large so it's easy to fill our home and enjoy it with a large group. The first floor Master bedroom is nice for those who have a challenge with stairs. The Master bedroom & the Jr Master bedroom both with California King beds and full bathrooms, so sharing our home with two families is nice so no one feels they got the short end of the trip. Then there are two bedrooms with Queen size bunk beds in each. The crib is in the bear bedroom & pack-n-play can be used in any bedroom. The beds allow everyone to have plenty of room.
Stay warm with in-floor radiant heated floors throughout, 3 fireplaces (one soaring stone wood burning), oversized two-car garage with remotes, jetted tub in the master bathroom, oversized showers (one with dual shower heads), HE washer, HE dryer & HE dishwasher, huge solid mango wood table seats 10 & 3 bar stools, 7 person hot tub, large fire pit in backyard for S'Mores fun and LOTS of amenities!
This 3,400 sq. ft. home features an open floor plan with two large family rooms, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a top of the line hot tub that accommodates 7 adults, estate is on a ½ acre of beauty, peace and tranquility.
