Located beside the Pillar & Post Spa, Shaw Festival, golfing, great dining all within walking distance. Too many award winning wineries to name! 20 minute drive to the Famous Niagara Falls and outlet malls. Short drive from Buffalo, New York, Cleveland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Montreal, Quebec
Our "Spruce" Suite is a private one-bedroom unit (2nd bedroom available with inquiry) located on the first floor of newly built 2 story home. This private Suite includes the entire 900sqft on the main floor. Situated in the historic Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

We offer our guests:
- A quick response and clear communication during the booking process

- Master bedroom with Queen Size Bed in a Private Suite with security lock and fresh linens. (second bedroom w 2 twin beds available for $100/per guest)
- A Private 3pc Bathroom, shower, fresh towels, hairdryer, toiletries
- Full kitchen with complimentary water & coffee, fridge, stove, microwave, sink
- Air Conditioned or gas heated
- Complimentary Parking & WIFI

The Space:
This cozy suite is situated on our separate main floor and can accommodate 2 people (ONE extra guest with inquiry). Complete with private entrance, huge family room for relaxing with sectional, television, portable speaker. Dining area with large farm table for gathering. Private 3pc bathroom, main bedroom with queen bed (extra room with 2 twins available at an extra cost).
**Please note, we are unable to accommodate children or infants in this suite, without exception.
Another suite in our home is available for rent and can be booked in conjunction with this one!
Sitting area on the front patio for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. These areas may be shared with the owners and other guests.

Other Things to Note:
- The TV supports streaming services, cable is provided, and guests must log in with their own accounts.
- As the owner resides in the house, some noise may be perceptible.
- We supply guests with one towel set, bedding, pillows, extra blankets available

During Your Stay:

Summary: Five stars. My best friend and I stayed here for a weekend girls getaway. It was perfect! The house is quiet, incredibly clean, and sleekly decorated. It’s possible you could hear some noise from the upstairs one bedroom apartment, however no one was there when we stayed. About a 10 minute walk to the main street for quaint shops and restaurants. Owner is very friendly, and onsite should you need anything. Would highly recommend!
