Summary: I’ve never been to LC & decided to do an overnight trip to celebrate my birthday. For starters it was easy to find and I loved the ease of the parking. When I walked in (forgive me I’m bad w names) there was a young white guy and a chocolate blk lady who were just divine. Immediately greeted me warmly, asked where I was from etc far cry from my last hotel stay in Galveston. The room was awesome I wish I could’ve stayed longer super cozy, the bed was comfy and they had cable. Streaming would DEF be an upgrade and the shower isn’t very hot. Other than that you have a mini kitchen, utensils, perfect for a family staying a few days. I stayed here to visit GN casino and La and I checked both out and they were nice but I don’t need to stay there. I smoke and couldn’t stand smelling it everywhere lol. Lots of dogs, super busy it felt nice to leave the casinos and relax back at the hotel. I didn’t have time to check out the pool :( Ok my only critique would be the checkout it took a min to confirm my balance and they weren’t as up to snuff as the check in crew which usually I would’ve prob been annoyed but I had such a good stay I let it go. I def plan to stay here anytime I’m in Lake Charles.
