The Space:
Stay in My District Modern Home in Eagle Convenient to Old State Street, with easy access to Boise Metro and convenient access to Eagle Road. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and grocery within 1 mile of the property. Spacious, modern open floor plan make this a great property for a group or a family. Tons of amenities and stylish design choices, updated finishes & furnished with guests comfort in mind, make this the perfect HOME away from HOME!
Fully stocked kitchen allows for ease when cooking from home. Featuring full size appliances including refrigerator, stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with (4) chairs and a bench, additional chairs if needed and a bar with (4) bar stools.
Bright and open living area featuring a comfortable sectional and two chairs. Plenty of seating to relax and enjoy! Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon! Open seating area with windows bring in plenty of light and provides a comfy space for reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine.
All the bedrooms are on the second level of the home. Master bedroom features a KING size bed, comfortable mattress with clean & crisp linens. Flat screen SMART TV. There is a walk-in closet that provides plenty of space for guests to store personal items. Windows let in natural light and room darkening blinds provide privacy. The walk-in closet is equipped with all the children amenities (crib, highchair, bouncer, baby bathtub toys and blankets there also is a portable pack and play)
Master bath features an attached bathroom with a shower, private toilet area and double vanity, with plenty of space for personal items. High quality towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials, hairdryer and paper products are provided for your convenience.
** 2 additional bedrooms furnished with KING comfortable mattresses with clean & crisp linens, each room featuring it’s own unique style. The front bedroom features a KING size bed AND a fold out futon couch, SMART-TV and closet space for hanging clothes and storing guests personal items. **The futon can accomadate additional guests but please NOTE it is located the bedroom and would be more suitable for a single or children based on comfort and size.
Bright and clean Main bath with tub/shower combo, and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!
There is a full-size Washer & Dryer in laundry room on the main floor as well as iron and ironing board for guests to use.
Outdoor patio seating make for a relaxing evening on the front patio and comfortable chairs to sit on the porch. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.
FREE parking for (1) vehicles in both driveway and garage is available for guest use. (2) total. Please park horizontally in the driveway. FREE street parking on Winding Creek.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located to Boise, & Meridian off of Eagle Road in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a Winco 2 miles from the home. There are several restaurants including Oak Barrel, Bacquets French Restaurant and CaCi Wood Fired Grill all less than 5 min from the property and endless dessert options as well.
Approx. 5-10 min drive to Eagle Road which boasts endless retail shopping, including the Village. The Village at Meridian features upscale apparel and specialty retail, fine restaurants, cafes, and the Village Cinemas. Designed with European style architecture, the buildings and tree lined village streets surround a park setting complete with a children's play area and world class show fountain with hourly shows choreographed to lights and music. Located in the heart of Idaho's Treasure Valley, The Village at Meridian is a unique and unexpected destination with movies, concerts, arcades, local entertainment and much more, The Village at Meridian provides a wide selection of activities for individual and families.
Eagle Road has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Village at Meridian, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Walmart.
Downtown Boise (20 min) is worth checking out. The historic downtown covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. Visitors will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers crave walkability the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.
Nearby parks within a 5 minute drive include Stephen C. Guerber, Reid Merrill Park and Optimist Youth Sports Complex. Eagle Hills Golf Club & Roaring Springs Water Park are two local attractions as well as Meridian Speedway.
Local Universities are Boise State University (25 min) and College of Idaho (30 min).
Local day trips St Chapelle Winery (50 min), McCall Idaho (2 hr 14 min), Idaho City Hot Springs (1 hour), Lucky Peak Reservoir (30 min), the Bruneau Dunes (1 hr 13 min).
Getting Around:
The Property is located in Downtown Eagle in a residential neighborhood and has access to restaurants and shops as well the library and grocery stores. Public transportation is not an option so a vehicle is highly recommended. Approximately .5 miles from Albertsons and On the fly Gas Station Convenience Store. 1 minute to downtown Eagle with local dining and entertainment, 15 minutes to Meridian and the Meridian Village for shopping and restaurants. 15 minutes to downtown Boise. Famous Idaho attractions are easy to access. 1.5 hour drive to McCall, 3 hour drive to Sun Valley, 1 hour drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort and a 35 minute drive to Boise Airport. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing, white water rafting, skiing, and rock climbing all less than an hour away from the home.

~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~We may request that you provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to host. This if for the safety and security of both guests and property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 9pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~ Please Complete your Airbnb Profile, Add a Profile Photo and Make sure you include the correct number of guests in your booking inquiry. To add the Government ID verification to your account: Go to "Profile" on Airbnb, Click "Verifications" and it will allow you to take a photo of your Government ID from your phone and upload the photo directly.
