Real de la Carretería II is an apartment which can comfortably accommodate up to four guests in its two bedrooms. Bright, lively and lovingly decorated with warm materials such as wood and natural textiles, hemp carpets and designer lamps. The perfect orientation means light streams in most of the day and provides a sense of space, freshness and relaxation.
The hallway opens directly onto the main living area, visually divided by a wide column which marks out the living area, TV and sitting area from the kitchen. An architectural design which ensures plenty of open space, but where at the same time the different areas are conveniently separated and independent.
The living area has a large sofa, two coffee tables, a pair of mineral-coloured, upholstered easy chairs, several ancillary pieces of furniture and various light points. It looks out over the main street through a large balcony window. The dining area is bright and spacious, straddling the kitchen and the living area, with an ethnic-style dresser and a wooden central table seating 8.

There is a full en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, large walk-in rainfall shower, and designer tiling and sanitary ware.
The second bedroom is similar in size and equipped with twin beds, a writing desk and large cupboard to keep both luggage and clothes perfectly neat and tidied away.
