Entering at the ground level you will make your way up one flight of stairs to the first living space. A lake-facing bedroom offers sweeping view with a king bed and twin daybed with trundle. An additional queen bedroom is found just down the hall with water views as well. Curl up for movie night in the beautiful family room complete with projector and screen. Enjoy the built-in wet bar perfect for assembling your favorite cocktail or snacks for cards at the game table. Two full baths with amazing custom tile work can be found on this floor, each with a walk-in shower and detailed amenities.
On the next level you'll find the main living area with a spacious open floor plan and panoramic views of Lake Macatawa. Fully equipped kitchen provides all you need for preparing your favorite meals to enjoy at the vintage farmhouse table or outside on the deck complete with gas grill and custom fireplace. Cozy up on the roomy sectional and enjoy great conversation while taking in the sweeping water views. Additional niche with recliners and flat screen tv provide the perfect spot to catch up the day's news. A half bath completes this floor.
Wander up another level and you enter an additional living area which leads to two separate bedrooms. Lounge away the morning in the king bed found in the soaring oversized master complete with catwalk. Step out the french doors to your own private deck and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the boats travel to and from Lake Michigan along the channel. There is an additional twin daybed with trundle located in this spacious room as well as an ensuite bath complete with jetted tub and shower. An additional queen bedroom with attached full bath complete this floor.
Next, climb the spiral staircase to a hidden gem! Built in library overflowing with kids books on every subject make for the perfect escape for the young reader in your group. This level will be the most coveted space and contains a second spiral staircase leading to an amazing observatory with incredible views and custom 'starry night' detail.

There is space for four (4) vehicles to park at this property. Guests are responsible for procuring additional parking.
THE LOCATION
The location of this stunning home could not be better for the boater in your group. Located directly across from the marina and lake Macatawa and at the base of the private Macatawa Hills association, you also have access to lake Michigan beaches. A public boat launch can be found just a short drive away and kayak, paddleboard and bike rental are just across the street. Take a ride along South Shore Drive and spend the day exploring award winning downtown Holland. Here you will find a huge array of dining, shopping, breweries, cocktail and coffee options.
Travel south and explore the resort town of Saugatuck, Michigan. Enjoy the artistic influences in the shops and galleries, enjoy dining choices from favorite local bar food to first class dining. Wander along the channel and admire the variety of boats and yachts from all over the US. Travel to nearby Fennville and visit Fenn Valley Wines, Cranes Orchard and visit the working farm home to Virtue Cider.

-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products as well as after hours emergency services.
All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.
Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation. Thank you for your cooperation!
