The chic villa is located on the edge of the beautiful village Premantura on the southern tip of Istria, only a few kilometers away from Pula. The "Nature Park Cape Kamenjak" is on the doorstep and invites with its unique nature and the many bays every day for hiking, swimming or cycling. The approximately 650 m² property consists of a beautiful garden with running around the house lawns and manicured hedges and Mediterranean plants. On the ground floor are the apartments A1, A2 and A3 with 2 bedrooms. On the first floor is the luxury apartment A4 for 4-8 people. In the 2nd floor (attic) there is also a small attic studio with stunning sea views and great views in the natural park Cape Kamenjak. The upscale to luxurious amenities leaves nothing to be desired and that at moderate prices. All apartments have satellite TV, air conditioning, a beautiful kitchen and a private covered terrace. Only the attic apartment. Has no balcony, but this is compensated by the fantastic view into the nature park Kamenjak. All apartments have central heating, so that guests are welcome throughout the year. On the fenced plot there are 4 parking spaces. Outside the property there are more parking spaces. A washing machine is available to the guests of the house if necessary. At the friendly landlord, once a winemaker and today only a wine merchant, you can taste or buy fine Istrian wines. The center of Premantura is about 500 m. There you will find the supermarket about tourist agency, various restaurants and cafes, or anything the tourist heart desires. Pets are not allowed in this house out of consideration for the other guests.
