This newly renovated studio apartment is located in the iconic [Berry Hill] Music Row section of Nashville, which is only 3.5 miles to Downtown; this spot is surrounded by over 50 state of the art recording studios! Aside from being immersed in the local music magic, guests will be within walking distance to several of Nashville’s best coffee shops and restaurants. After a long day of sightseeing, guests will having a cozy, quiet, landing spot to return to.

This is a well designed studio apartment that is attached to a recording studio. Guests will have their own entrance, secured with a unique code for each stay. The studio apartment is completely separate from the recording studio, so guests will be able to enjoy the benefits of the location without having to share any common areas.
In order to provide an efficient space for guests, the closet has been completely renovated into a fully functioning kitchenette area, which includes a fridge, sink, microwave and coffee bar. We also provide plates, cups, mugs and silverware. We provide two additional single sized rollaway beds with a memory foam mattress to accommodate additional guests.
For our guests traveling in for work, we do provide a work station with a desk.
There is a back deck, which also provides space for guests to sit and enjoy coffee.
We want our guests to soak up every minute of Nashville, so we will be leaving you to enjoy your stay! If you need anything at all, please contact Local Rental Host, as they are on call and happy to help.
This is very quiet, safe residential area - home to many of Nashville's most iconic recording studios. Guests will be very centrally located to shops, restaurants and access to Downtown Nashville.
