ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
- NPOA Access - 2 pools, a hot tub, a large fitness facility, locker rooms, a game room, Bocce, tennis and basket ball courts. (Please note that these amenities are open weather permitting. Additional closures may apply due to COVID). There is a $5.00 fee per person, per visit.

- This home has security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the driveway and walkway to the front door, stairs by the grill, and forest behind middle level balcony. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Access to the NPOA is $5.00 per person, per visit.
- This residence does not have A/C.
