The large master suite features its own gas fireplace, full bath, vaulted ceilings with skylights, and a private deck with panoramic views over Little Traverse Bay.
Amenities also include gas grill, wrap-around balcony and porch with outdoor seating, wi-fi, Netflix, washer and dryer.
Beautifully updated kitchen includes all dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig & drip), toaster, blender.
This cottage has been inspected and is licensed as a vacation rental with the City of Petoskey. Parking is only available on the left side of the driveway. There is an apartment above the detached garage, and the tenant parks on the right side.
