Beautiful open floor plan features a large dining room which comfortably sits six at an antique pine table, a living room which has an extra long couch and two swivel chairs centered around a 55 inch television, and a large kitchen with new appliances and farmhouse sink. Kitchen includes a breakfast bar with three wicker barstools and an island chopping block. Unobstructed ocean views from all areas of the living , dining, and kitchen area. A large covered deck extends the length of the condo to enjoy the cool ocean breeze while reading a book or enjoying a refreshing drink. Laundry room with new washer and dryer located in closet in kitchen. All three bedrooms furnished with king beds and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom has a 32 inch television
Community grill and a beautiful courtyard are just a few steps from the front door. A 2018 golf cart is included in rental for your use to drive to the beach or simply cruise the island!

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at Fripp. The view was beautiful on the ocean you couldn’t beat it. Saw the dolphins a few times outside of our windows. You are walking distance to a pool and a beach access if the tide is out. We used the two bikes and golf cart provided and greatly appreciated them. Place was clean, decorated nicely and comfortable. We had our 3 teens with us and felt like we had plenty of room. Kitchen had all that we needed to cook when we did. Host reached out to us well ahead and asked if we wanted amenity cards and helped us with check in. For those looking to save money you could do without those and just cook yourselves and be just fine. We ate at the boathouse and got pizza from the food trucks which were good but we would have been fine without. I would definitely stay again, this was a great view and great accommodations!
