With a large eat-in kitchen, bonus room upstairs, and plenty of lounging spaces this is a home that invites you to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Use the hot tub to unwind or the pickle ball court to break a sweat, this home has something for everyone! Please note, no pets or animals including service animals are allowed at this listing.

Philomath and Corvallis make up a quaint college community with funky stores downtown, an impressive farmer's market, and delicious farm-to-table restaurants. There are wineries to tour, an Alpaca farm less than a mile away, and summertime concerts to enjoy July Thru August ! We have 2 cruiser bikes to enjoy and many trails to hike!
Please note this is the owner's personal home and as such does have personal belongings in it. Anything sensitive will be locked away prior to arrival but regardless, we appreciate our guests being respectful of the space. You will have access to main floor and top floor.
Please note there is a locked door between this and the rental unit downstairs. The basement serves as a SEPARATE RENTAL and may or may not have guests. They have separate parking and entrance .
You DO NOT share ANY living spaces. All outdoor amenities are shared between this and the 2 other units on property EXCEPT the hot tub and fire place- you have exclusive access to these two amenities. Need more space or privacy? Inquire about renting the entire property today!
