Enjoy over-the-top grounds complete with built-in BBQ, outdoor fireplace, lots of patios for entertaining, sparkling salt water pool with cascading waterfall and hot tub, your own driving range with two greens and two tees, family stone fruit orchard, two outdoor fire pits, basketball hoop, ping pong table, grass volleyball court. Guest house with two bedrooms, two baths and living room. Separate well-equipped exercise room with Peloton bike, Hydrow rower, Tonal workout machine and a full weight rack. Crestron-controlled audio/video and security system throughout and 1 GB fast speed Internet access. Over 8100 sf total, including 1400+ sf guest house. Close to restaurants, golf and beaches, Del Mar Fairgrounds/Racetrack. Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park all within 30 minute drive.
