Enjoy the sun in the privacy of your large garden. Beaches, golf, charming village taverns nearby, as well as a range of other activities at a short distance. Suited for both summer and winter stays.
Air conditioning/heating units with timers in each bedroom. Gas fireplace in living room in the cooler months. Each room has ample wardrobe and drawer space for your clothes and accessories. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and a third bathroom with a shower is across the hall from the third bedroom.
The open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen is ideally set up for socializing both during the day and in the evening. The living room opens up on the very large terrace with a high pergola roof, providing mottled shade as you enjoy the view. For an even more stunning vista, the villa also features a rooftop terrace with a dining table and chairs, as well as a built-in working sink and countertop.
