Positive: great location to Estes Park, nice cozy house, great views
Negative: while this is a great house, it is very outdated - expected better for the value - old carpet, outdated bathrooms, old linens, old couches & pilling chairs - need a fireplace screen - housekeeping only left one washcloth and one towel for ea guest for 1 week stay ! sorry for negativity - critique not criticism - we're also in the furnished rental business in our hometown. we're remodeling contractors open for bartering talks 😁
