Enjoy a quiet, well-equipped guest house perfect for a couple or a small family with a bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Outside you'll find outdoor seating, a firepit, BBQ island, ping pong table and bocce ball/cornhole court. This outdoor space and the full laundry room are shared with the main house, which we do not rent. If we're there, we keep to ourselves. We're new to Vrbo but "SuperHosts" on other platforms and have over 95% 5-star reviews.
We also have 3 bicycles, boogie boards and beach chairs available for free to our guests.

Summary: So,so happy with this property! I took a chance because there were no reviews yet and I'm so glad I did. It was the perfect place for my 4 day birthday trip. A couple or small family would be equally comfortable. Everything is clean, comfortable and updated. The kitchenette is well stocked and sufficient for snacks and basic meals. There's a microwave and refrigerator, as well as toaster oven and hotplate. The only other applicance I would suggest would be a blender! The bed is comfortable and there is decent closet space. As with most rentals, there is no full size mirror which wold be a nice addition. (not a lot of empty wall space, but maybe behind the front door?) Being able to park in the driveway was very convenient, as the street parking was sometimes pretty full. Everything went very well, so I didn't need to contact the hosts much, but when I did they were prompt and friendly. Overall, it was probably the best rental location I've ever been to. I got a "new listing " discount, so once it starts racking up great reviews I probably won't be able to afford it again, but I'm so glad I got in early! PS Loved the city and the neighborhood as much as the casita.
