LIVING AREA:
FAMILY ROOM: Our spacious family room is the heart of the home, featuring lofty wood-beamed ceilings and an abundance of natural light. Relax on comfortable seating while enjoying shows on the 85-inch TV. The room’s large French doors open directly to the pool, seamlessly blending indoor comfort with outdoor leisure.
WORK SPACE: For guests needing to work remotely, we offer a dedicated workspace with a desk bathed in natural light, high speed Wi-Fi, color printer, and an optional Ethernet connection. It’s perfect for digital nomads or those needing to catch up on emails.
KITCHEN & DINING: Our open-concept, fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight. It features brand new appliances, a large island with seating, and a view of the TV and pool area. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the kitchen has everything you need.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room features a large table that comfortably seats six. It’s an ideal spot for family meals or a quiet dinner, with dimmable lighting to set the mood.
BEDROOMS:
-Main Suite: The main bedroom is a haven of relaxation with a handcrafted sleigh bed, cozy seating area, and a large walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom boasts a spa-like shower and a double marble vanity, providing a luxurious private retreat.
-Second Bedroom: This room includes a king size bed and is brightened by double windows (with blackout curtains for the evening), creating a welcoming and airy atmosphere. It has a 50” Samsung “Frame” TV with Apple TV.
-Third Bedroom: Ideal for children or additional guests, this room features a full-sized bunk bed with a twin trundle, comfortably sleeping three.
OUTDOOR AREA:
Have fun in our heated saltwater pool, a highlight of the property, featuring a double Baja Shelf and deep-end loveseat. The pool is equipped with an automatic retractable cover for safety and ease of use. Surrounding the pool, you’ll find a private backyard with multiple seating areas, a new fire pit (great for S’mores!) , a gas BBQ grill, and a hot/cold outdoor shower, all set against a backdrop of beautiful greenery. Enjoy family fun with outdoor games such as darts and corn hole.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
-Laundry: Equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
-Safety: Your safety is our priority. The home is fitted with a security system, outdoor cameras and a pool door alarm for families with young children.
-Modern conveniences: The home is well appointed with brand new central AC/heat operated by a Nest thermostat, high speed WiFi, and Apple TV (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime video and more).
-Free driveway parking and ample free street parking.
HOUSE RULES: This home is privately owned and well loved. We do not expect you to clean before you leave, but please do leave it neat and undamaged as you would hope someone would leave your own. Enjoy your stay!

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
Absolutely NO PARTIES or events are permitted. This is a private home in a family-friendly community. Violations will incur a fee and you may be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining nights.
NO SMOKING: absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property: this includes outdoor or indoor. No vaping, marijuana or drug use of any kind. We will be strict about enforcing this: a fine of $1500 will be issued for any violations and your reservation may be canceled without a refund.
POOL: If you plan to use the pool, the code to operate the automatic pool cover will be shared upon arrival. A COMPETENT ADULT SWIMMER MUST ACCOMPANY KIDS IN THE BACKYARD AT ALL TIMES. Extra fees apply if you'd like to have the pool heated.
We do not allow firearms or drug use in our home. No illegal activities.
OUTSIDE: Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. No music or loud chatter between 9pm-8am. Noise complaints will incur a $250 fee. There are 24 hour exterior security cameras in the front yard, driveway and backyard for the safety of our guests. Please leave BBQ in a clean and user ready state for the next guests.
PETS: up to 2 dogs are allowed with pre-approval for an additional fee per dog, provided that they are cleaned after, potty trained, do not damage items, do not dig up the yard, do not shed and are not on the furniture. No cats or other pets allowed. Any damages or cleaning charges in excess of the pet fee will be passed on to the guest.
Daytime max occupancy (including guests) is 10 people. Overnight occupancy is 7 people (plus 1 infant).
