Idylwood is a 2,250-square-foot home with beautiful natural light and a lovely outdoor space. The main section of the home, plus the lower-level bonus suite (which is the 4th bedroom), can sleep up to 10 guests. Located one hour north of Dallas and just a 5-minute drive to the shores of Lake Texoma, this is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
*** Please note that the 4th bedroom bonus suite does not have indoor stairs connecting it to the main part of the house, so it would not be suitable for young children to sleep alone. You must walk outside between the bonus suite and the main house. ***
The Main House
The main section of the home has three bedrooms with three full bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests. The open-concept living/dining area offers plenty of seating for dining and gathering with your group. The living room has a 65-inch Smart Roku TV, which allows you to log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and other online streaming services.
