Welcome to our renovated basement guest suite with keyless lock in our family home located in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to various local highlights and walkable distance to Roswell Medical Center.
Our suite was recently renovated in 2020. Our 550 sqft modern yet classic suite has a full kitchen and a small dining area and a recreation room . Our beautiful property has 1 queen bedroom 🛏& 2 sofa 🛋. We also provide a lot of cool amenities such as movie projector 📽, a self-clean programmable robot vacuum, a single serve k-cup compatible & ground bean coffee maker ☕️, an air fryer/baker/roaster/food-warmer, and a microwave ; all these at your disposal to help make our guest suite, your home away from home 🏡
Due to COVID19 and out of love for our guests, our interaction will be very limited, and most of our communication will be via Vrbo app or text/call . In the event, we need to meet face to face, masks are a must before any in-person interaction
Summer season: Georgia weather are hot and humid and due to a central A/C unit for a 3 story home, and because heat rise, please expect cold temperatures in the basement guest suite (~65 F). A radiator heater will be provided in the event that you prefer warmer temperature (70-73 F), but the main thermostat temperature will not be adjusted as the 3rd level will be too hot.
