The apartment is located in the Pueblo Mascarat urbanización which belongs to Altea and is located midway between Calpe with its white sand beaches and the center of Altea with its architecture and culture. Pueblo Mascarat is a holiday paradise with nice apartments in a well-kept residential area (village) with 3 large new up-fixed pool facilities! Beach and restaurants close by. It is a wonderful area to walk in and is very quiet and safe with lots of nice people in a relaxing atmosphere. The beach is 150 meters from the complex and within a 10 min walk you will find bars and restaurants and various water sports for those who want it.
The apartment is spacious and well equipped with what you need for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, large living room, toilet and balcony overlooking the pool and side views to the Mediterranean. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 adults. Two of the bedrooms have a small balcony overlooking the mountains and pool area. There is air conditioning and a heat pump in the living room and in all bedrooms. Here is the dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate garage space attached to the apartment. There is a lovely totally renovated pool and relaxing garden just down the front door, with good sun loungers. This is an enclosed area only for the Urbanization in Pueblo Mascarat with its own key.
At the top of this urbanization building with elevator access there are also 2 large beautiful newly refurbished swimming pools with surrounding areas that are private only for urbanization. Here are sun loungers, toilet and showers.
There are also 2 paddle tennis courts located on the roof of the building in close proximity to the pools, this complex has lovely views of the sea, the mountains and all the way to Benidorm on the horizon. Here 2 and 4 players can play on their own paddle tennis court. It is 150 meters to walk to the beach, with clean and lovely Mediterranean, where there is a waterfront cafe open from morning until late at night. Here Paellas, tapas and many other good dishes are served and here you have a complete overview of the children and the beach life. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the grocery store Masymas and takes about 5 minutes by car.
