05/05/18 - Brand new carpets installed in the Master Bedroom, Master Closet and Second Bedroom. They look great!!!
05/25/17 - Just had beautiful plantation shutters installed throughout the house, no more verticals, except for the slider and they are in great shape. We also had the rugs cleaned in the bedrooms, planning on new ones next year. We purchased some beautiful artwork for the walls, just to make it a little more homier. I wanted the sound to be better with the TV in the living room, so we went to Best Buy and bought a sound bar. Now it sounds 100% better. Just a few more upgrades this year to our home, every year a little more, but we still think it's beautiful!
04/09/16 - Our most recent purchase for our home is a brand new Plush Beauty Rest King Mattress and a 48" Samsung flat screen TV for the Master Bedroom. We also installed a new Kenmore Washer & Dryer. 05/01/15 - Just purchased a beautiful golf cart for your use when you stay at our home. Our home has two bedrooms, two baths with a 1.5 car garage with opener. The house includes a water softener and a reverse osmosis system, accessible through a special faucet at the kitchen sink. This can be used for drinking and filling the brand new Keurig coffee machine. The living room has a newly purchased leather sofa and loveseat with a 55' LED flat screen smart TV.
Our back patio is quiet and serene for your morning coffee, with a new table and chairs and a new Brinkman barbeque grill. Supermarkets and other conveniences are only a few minutes away. We feature Direct TV in the living room and master bedroom and guest bedroom.
Our community is gated and secure with many recreational activities, including; golf, tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, shuffleboard courts, billiard tables, horseshoe pits, crafts, and dance room. The clubhouse has a library and restaurant with bar. A U.S. Post Office is on site across from the clubhouse.
Many places to go and see, The Grand Canyon, Tucson, Sedona, Flagstaff, and Mexico are accessible. In the clubhouse you can sign up for various day trips. We are 47 minutes away from University of Phoenix Stadium, where the 2015 Super Bowl will be played. We are 25 minutes away from Chase Stadium where the Arizona Diamondbacks play, and many other sporting events. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is 30 minutes away
