Summary: The place pretty much matched the description except it was a little smaller than it seemed in the pictures. The beds were comfortable. It's definitely the desert though. A lizard surprised me once on the enclosed porch and there were quite a bit of burr stickers around the yard. There was a burr remover on the front porch though which was helpful. The throw rugs were nice for decorating but hard for my mother to maneuver with her walker. We just moved them aside and repositioned them back to their original location at checkout. There were a ton of spices and etc. included. The owner was very communicative. She mentioned the sunset and it was quite nice. It only took us about 30 minutes to get to Joshua Tree National Park.
