Outdoors, you'll find a sunbathing deck, gas grill, private walkway to the beach, and an outdoor shower to get the sand off. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment on 10 Smart TVs throughout the home.
Sunshine Estate features eight spacious bedrooms spread across two levels, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests. On the first floor, you'll find four bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and Twin/Double bunk, perfect for kids or a small family, along with three additional rooms—two with Queen beds and one with a King—all equipped with Smart TVs and sharing two bathrooms. Upstairs, the second level offers four more bedrooms, including two luxurious King suites with private bathrooms and balcony access for breathtaking ocean views. The other two upstairs bedrooms also feature King beds and Smart TVs, sharing a bathroom. For added flexibility, the home includes a Queen sleeper sofa, making this the ideal layout for large families or groups traveling together.
