Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negative: Paid for a late checkout, but was contacted several times by housekeeping about when we were leaving, even though we paid for a 1:pm checkout. Our keys were also canceled at normal checkout time and my wife got locked outside and had to walk around the building and they made her another one.
