Summary: The good: The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It is in an older neighborhood but the setting has great large trees in the yard and woods right across the street from the DECK. You can watch squirrels play and listen to many different bird songs from the DECK. The not so good: The host refused to acknowledge there was a deck, thus no need for chairs on the deck and stated for, for whatever reason, that a deck is not listed on Amenities and, thus, "there is no outdoor dining area". The house has a very nice deck, about 12' by 15' and it faces the woods across the street and is well pictured in the listing. He stated "this is a very small house with a very small porch and his solution offered to me, in two different text conversations, was that he could move us to one of his much more expensive properties, as in $400/night, properties with "outdoor patio set ups. If you view many properties on VRBO as I have you are unlikely to find any listings with patios and decks that don't have outdoor seating. Also, if you have a group of any size there are lots of plates but only four glasses, three coffee mugs, and one plastic wine glass.
