Located in an over 55 community this 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage has just been refreshed with new sliding glass door that opens onto the patio. The comfortable living room is supplied with a good sized television, programming is provided via Sling TV. A galley kitchen opens to a light filled dining area. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen sized bed and the second a twin sized daybed with a twin sized pullout under. Behind the house is a patio screened by a living fence, providing a delightful spot for dining or relaxing.
Oceanside has beautiful beaches for swimming/surfing and a wonderful pier perfect for taking a stroll at sunset. Just 35 miles to the south is San Diego and Balboa Park, home to the world famous zoo and many museums, theaters and restaurants. To the east are San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Temecula (wine country) and the Anza Borrego Desert State Park and Borrego Springs.
Disneyland is a short trip north. There are several historic missions in the area including Mission San Luis Rey in Oceanside.

Summary: This is my 3rd Visit to this Property and it is an awesome place offering great Location with modern amenities such as a Hi-speed Internet, Central heating/Air-conditioning and a LG Flat Screen T.V. It feels more like a home than a rental. The Owner, Linda, is extremely nice and accommodating. She communicates very well and will go the extra mile to make sure that the Guests are comfortable. I highly recommend this Place.
