Positive: We really liked our stay in this apartment. First of all, the owner of the house is pretty nice and welcoming, the communication was super easy before and after our trip, and he adapted to facilitate our check-in, our check-out, etc. I remember when we arrived how he explained the different parts of the house, turned the heating on, left some coffee for us to have in the morning, explained how the washing machine worked... he did his best for us to be happy and well in his flat. The apartment was quite nice, the beds were comfortable, it was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped (plus oil, salt, kitchen towels, shower gel in the bathroom...), a plus when you are travelling and staying for a few days! The coffee maker was amazing and the capsules he had were very tasty, exactly what we wanted in our stay in Italy. At the end of our stay, he even let us leave our luggage for a few hours after doing the check-out while we waited for our train, so... thanks a lot, Massimo! We will come back :)
