Welcome to the UP! This 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is situated in the heart of White Pine, MI boasts three large bedrooms on the main floor, 1 large bedroom in the basement. There is a Large Sauna/changing Room in basement, plenty of video's, board and table games, ping pong, work out equipment, and a washer and dryer. There are 3 Tv's throughout the house! The large dining area has patio doors leading to the sundeck, to grill on the charcoal grill and roast marsh mellows around the fire pit! There is a full bath on the first floor, as well as a half bath and an additional shower in the sauna in the basement. Come enjoy all the UP has to offer! Rivers, Waterfalls, sunsets and sun rise overlooking Lake Superior, fishing, hunting, ATV, snowmobiling, skiing, boating, snow shoeing...whatever your excitement in nature is, can be found right here in the UP!
Many attractions are available throughout the seasons. The Upper Peninsula of Michigan is labeled the Snowmobile Capital of the World and provide hundreds of snowmobile trails. Our home is located within 1-2 blocks of the trails. It is legal to drive on the main road in our township and the roads are generally covered with a good layer of snow throughout winter. The Porcupine Mountains, Lake in the Clouds, Gogebic Lake, Beaches of Lake Superior, Bonanza Falls and much more are located with a 10-15 minute drive from the house. Fishing, boating, snow shoeing, hiking, snowmobiling, skiing, whatever outdoor enjoyment you seek, you’ll find it here in the UP. Your pets are welcome too with advanced notice at time of reservation!
