The Space: There is an independent front desk on the ground floor and this is one of the 3 suites on this floor, where there is also the shared use kitchen, adapted from the space where it used to be our home sweet home, and which has become an integrated living area with a cozy atmosphere, for this is still our home too! In addition to the loft and rooftop studio on the upper floors, the house is surrounded by a garden full of flowers and ornamental plants, creating a comfortable atmosphere and with na adorable beach mood!. Guest Access: We have a shared living and leisure area just perfect to join all guests and friends of family they bring along. In addition to the facilities of the suite you can enjoy the shared kitchen with stove-oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker and all the basic utensils to prepare and serve your meals. There is even a barbecue grill in na attached area, a garden with slack-line and bicycles for free use!. Another benefit is access to the laundry on the premises with minimal cost, under schedule, and a delicious organic vegetable garden. If you feel like having something different, you can have (for 15 reais during off season and 20 reais during high season) a full and delicious breakfast with a variety of seasonal fruits, French and whole-grain bread, every day different cakes like our traditional carrot cake, passion fruit, orange, chocolate (famous mrs crazy cake ) buttermilk, dulce de leche, jellies, ham, cheese, salami, smoked chicken breast, teas, coffee, milk, 2 types of natural season juices, yogurt, morning cereal and granola. Our breakfast is served every day from 08:30 to 10:30 in our shared kitchen and coffee area. You can count on the special concierge service at the Front desk to schedule tours such as diving, boat, trails, rafting, paragliding, etc. It has a minibar service (prices on the menu in each room). The Neighborhood: Guarda do Embaú is one of the Santa Catarina coast gems. Its simple-easy lifestyle, with lush landscapes torns it to be a "rustic and relaxing vibe & quot; kind of beach. It is inhabited mainly by native fishermen, surfers and artisans. Our refuge is in a super-quiet area, 500 m from the charming village Vila da Guarda (known as Guardinha), where you find supermarket, shops, pharmacy and services for your convenience. It is all within walking distance, besides bank or ATM, which you find only in Vila Palhoça, 30 km far from there. We are in an area far enough away (350 meters from the village) so that the car traffic, the central buzz and the excitement do not disturb total quiet environment of a wooded area of environmental preservation and with native forest. It could not be more perfect for those who want to enjoy day and night at maximum during their vacations and to have moments of relaxation and a restful sleep in the schedules in which this is necessary. To reach the beach (at 650m) you should cross Rio da Madre in the north corner of the beach, by a trail in the coast, or by canoe / river. The route to Guarda do Embaú, which is in the south direction, takes between 1:10 and 1:20. The journey from the city center of Florianópolis to Vila Palhoça, 34 km away, takes between 50 minutes and 1:10. For those who want to come by bus, in the Bus Terminal in Florianópolis (Maria Rita), there are several daily bus departures by the company Paulotur and the journey takes about 1:40. Other Things to Note: - There is no ATM in Guarda do Embaú Village, only on Praia da Pinheira, 2.5 km away. - The voltage in Guarda do Embaú is 220V.
