☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆
This lake front home is perfect for a retired couple looking for a year round lakefront rental with a large family thanks to a number of sleeping options. All bedrooms feature new mattresses, plush linens, and ample closet space.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 sit on the main level. Bedroom 1 has new hardwood floors and a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 also has new hardwood floors and a queen-size bed. These bedrooms share the newly renovated communal bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the lower level. Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 is also on the lower level with two bunks each with 2 twin beds. It is ideal for the grandchildren in your group and can sleep up to four. This room has no private bathroom, but a bathroom with a walk-in shower is in the hallway.
☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
The brand-new kitchen is ready for cooking delicious meals to feed the whole family! All the appliances (propane gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher) are stainless steel, and the Kraft Maid white cabinets and pantry have abundant storage space. The large island provides seating for four while outside, the large deck can fit a large outdoor table allowing leisurely dining while you take in the incredible views of Table Rock Lake!

The home features two living rooms, one on the main level and one on the lower level. No matter where you choose to kick your feet up and relax, you’ll find plenty of room and a flat-screen Smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The main-level private wraparound porch is the perfect place to take in pristine lake views. There are tons of outdoor space to relax, whether you’re enjoying a morning cup of coffee, a mid-day meal, or an evening happy hour drink.
In addition to the porch areas, guests will also have access to the swim platform on the newly installed private dock and easy walkdown access to the lake front. It doesn’t get much better than this!
