Indoor Space: Our sun-filled home features an open floor plan ideal for family gatherings and game time. Decorated with an earthy vegan rustic tone, the large kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, cutlery, plates, linen, wine glasses, Keurig, and coffee maker. Ready to entertain, the great room with a gas fireplace provides a calming zen atmosphere for watching your favorite Netflix or cable channels. The dining room and breakfast area are perfect for enjoying great food or sipping coffee in the early morning stillness. Parents will appreciate the pack n play crib and highchair (available upon request), as well as on-site laundry facilities, iron, and ironing board. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make-up wipes for added convenience. We have all the basics and more covered for a relaxing trip.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: California King bed, private bathtub, full shower, and walk-in closet.
Guest Room 1: Queen bed with walk-in closet.
Guest Room 2: Queen bed with small closet space.
Guest Room 3: Twin bed with a pullout twin below, plus a small couch that becomes a single bed.
All bedding, towels and outdoor patio blankets included.
Outdoor Space:
On the sundrenched patio, choose between a quiet sitting area for morning coffee or an expansive teak table that seats eight adults comfortably. The outdoor gas BBQ with three cook zones is perfect for preparing meals for a large family. Imagine enjoying a fantastic sunset charcuterie and wine tasting while others set up the fire pit for hours of stargazing and conversation.
Guest Access: Guests will receive an access code prior to arrival.
House Guidelines: This is our primary home, not a rental property. We love sharing it with fun and engaging people. The home is family-friendly, but please consider moving table decorations, personal pictures, or potted plants if needed.
Parking is available on the driveway for three vehicles, with additional parking along the cement brick wall adjacent to the property. The garage is not accessible to guests.
Quiet hours begin outside at 10 PM per City Ordinance. Quiet conversation on the patio and fire-pit is permissible, but music should be turned down out of respect for our neighbors.
Furry Friends: We generally do not allow pets, but we understand the importance of service dogs (SD) and emotional support animals (ESA). A non-refundable fee of $150 applies. Pets are not allowed on furniture or countertops, and any damage will incur additional cleaning or repair fees. Please clean up after your pets.
Departure:
Upon departure, please:
1) Place all linens, bed coverings, and towels in the cloth bags provided and leave them in the hallway near the laundry.
2) Remove all trash and food items, discarding anything you do not take with you in the trash containers in the front courtyard.
3) Wipe down all countertops with soap and water.
4) Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
