Origin Inn was designed to offer an amazing stay with access to a wide range of attractions by this very special coast site called Guarda do Embaú. And this lovely full house for 6 people is one of the options for you to have this amazing experience! The Space: There is an independent front desk on the ground floor and this house is attached to the common areas in the same ground, with direct access to the garden from one of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi fast connection accessible throughout the house. The whole hostel is surrounded by a beautiful garden full of flowers and ornamental plants, creating a comfortable atmosphere and with genuine beach mood!. This house occupies 60sqm of the ground floor and is very complete because it used to be part of our home sweet home gave inspired the B&B name Origin inn!. Clear and sunny, it is perfect choice for family or friends groups up to 7 people (or up to 8 if you count the sofa in the living room). It has two bedrooms being one with a queen size + a single bed and access to the shared garden and another one also with queen size bed + bunked bed. Both with split air conditioning. There is a large bathroom to be shared among the occupants of the house, which also has a living room with sofa and 40-inch TV (digital antenna with open channels) integrated into the space where there is a dining table and the fully equipped kitchen with everything which is needed to properly prepare and serve meals. Access to a nice private balcony with another table + benches. There is free access to living areas such as well equipped kitchen, balcony with hammocks, garden with sofa for sunbathing and slackline, area with tables for serving the breakfast optional or for group games. Access also to the kitchen which is shared among the other guests. It was adapted from the space where used to be our house, and that has turned into an integrated and cozy living area! Guest Access: We have a shared living and leisure area just perfect to join all guests and friends or family they bring along. In addition to the facilities of the suite you can enjoy the shared kitchen with stove-oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker and all the basic utensils to prepare and serve your meals. There is even a barbecue grill in an attached area, a garden with slack-line and bicycles for free use! Another amenity is access to the laundry with minimal cost, under schedule, and a delicious organic vegetable garden. When you feel like having something different, you can have (for 15 reais during off season and 20 reais during high season) a full and delicious breakfast with a variety of seasonal fruits, French and whole-grain bread, every day different cakes like our traditional carrot cake, passion fruit, orange, chocolate (famous mrs crazy cake ) buttermilk, margarine, dulce de leche, jellies, ham, cheese, salami, smoked chicken breast, teas, coffee, milk, 2 types of natural season juices, yogurt, morning cereal and granola. Our breakfast is served every day from 08:30 to 10:30 in our shared kitchen and coffee area. You can count on a special concierge's service to schedule tours like diving, boat, trails, rafting, paragliding, etc.other facilities are minibar service (prices on the menu in each room and hair dryer or iron lending. Interaction with Guests: Upon arrival at the house, you, your family or friends will be welcomed by one of us and they can answer your questions or information and tips to ensure that you will spend the best days of your vacation with us. Remember to make sure everything is off before you leave. - No smoke allowed at all, - No parties or events - Try to collect the trash daily, please, and discard the bags into the indicated bins. - Do not throw paper or other materials into the toilet - always use the trash basket. The Neighborhood: Guarda do Embaú is one of the Santa Catarina coast gems. Its simple-easy lifestyle, with lush landscapes turns it to bvery e a "rustic and relaxing vibe" kind of beach. It is inhabited mainly by native fishermen, surfers and artisans. Our refuge is in a quiet area, 350 m from the charming village Vila da Guarda (known as Guardinha), where you find supermarket, shops, pharmacy and services for your convenience. All of them are within walking distance, besides bank or ATM, which you find only in Vila Palhoça, 30 km far from there. Our place is far enough away so that the car traffic, the central buzz and the excitement do not disturb the wooded area of environmental preservation and with native forest. It could not be more perfect for those who want to enjoy day and night at maximum during their vacations and to have moments of relaxation and a restful sleep when desired. To reach the beach (at 650m) you should cross Rio da Madre in the north corner of the beach, by a trail on the coast, or by canoe / river. The beach is beautiful and excellent for surfing (9th World Surfing Reserve and 1st of Brazil). On the beach there is kayak and board rental service available to practice along the Rio da Madre. Duration: 15 minutes. Most deserted beach, also appreciated for surfing. Surrounded by dunes, rocky shores and Atlantic forest. There is no food kiosk structure or equipment rental. Urubu stone hiking path - access from the left corner of Guarda beach. 30 minutes. From the top, one can enjoy the panoramic view of the Guarda do Embaú, Rio da Madre and the surrounding beaches. Getting Around: For those who come by plane to Florianópolis, the nearest airport to Guarda do Embaú is Hercilio Luz, 61 km away (where it is possible to rent a car). The route to Guarda do Embaú, which is southbound, takes between 1:10 and 1:20 to get to the house. The ride from Florianópolis city center to Vila Palhoça takes between 50 minutes and 1:10. For those who want to come by bus, in the Florianopolis Bus Terminal (Maria Rita), there are several daily bus departures by the company Paulotur and the journey takes about 1:40. Other Things to Note: - Important - There is no ATM at Guarda do Embaú, only at Praia da Pinheira, 2.5 km away. - The voltage in Guarda do Embaú (as well as in Florianópolis) is 220V. Please watch the devices voltage before plugging them in the socket. If you use 110V appliances in those 220V sockets they will be damaged! - Stairway access to the suite - Never stop saving water by opening faucets and shower only as needed. - Check-in time is from 2 pm and check-out until 11 am -The guest acknowledges it is necessary to send, as soon as the reservation is done, a list with the full names and ID numbers ( driver's license / passport ,in case of foreigners) of all person who will be staying during the booked period, not exceeding the number of persons stipulated in the reservation. Regras da Casa - Persons (visitors) not included in the list provided, are not allowed to enter or use the commom areas. Failure to comply with this rule is subject to cancellation of the reservation, without refund of the amounts paid. - Pets are welcome (just follow specific rules) - Respect the Silence time from 10 pm to 8 am. - I kindly ask you not to throw toilet paper or other materials into the toilet (always use the wastebasket). - I request to collect and discard the trash in the indicated places.
