Newly renovated and completed in Jan 2023, the Boat House is an Old Queendslander transformed into a modern space mostly surrounded by the local river bank and Roberts Marina"s moored boats.
Conveniently located just 9.3km from the Domestic and International BNE airport 4 km from the Brisbane CBD and home to not just the iconic Breaky Creek Hotel, but also an up and coming funky dinning and cool Artisan producing hub.
The Boat House is joined by an Old Queenslander front porch with a breezy North Facing aspect, and a cool old slip yard and common area out the back.
Fully ducted air throughout the entire home leading into a comfortable open plan living space with 2 x seperate Queen Size Rooms and a converted sitting room with 2 king single beds.

Huge new Renovated kitchen fully equipped with everything you need , including european appliances a domestic coffee machine / crockery/ cutlery and a blender to make cocktails :) :)

The Boat House is Surrounded by an obvious boating slipway and moored boats. We have a very shabby relaxed common area for all our 12 moorings and additional Boat House mooring requests located at the back of the property .
The boat house is right in the hub of newly developed Albion precinct , close to the bBreakfast Creek Hotel, Newstead , and the renowned high end shopping and restaurant district of James st Fortitude Valley.
