The Property consists of an open plan double reception room with fully equipped Smart TV & Pool Table on the landing. This Room has 3 Sofas and an occasion Chair for Lounging.
The Red Velvet Sofa is also a Sofa Bed, along with the Premium Air Bed stored in the property; this space can sleep an additional 3 guests. This floor also has a nice Double Room at the back of the house.
On the second floor you are treated with 3 well proportioned rooms, The Statesmen, The Pink Room and The Blue Element. It is also worth noting that each room is equipped with 2 Super Fast USB charging ports.
On the Top Floor you have 'The Penthouse Room' - This consists of a 50 Inch Smart Tv & Comfortable Sofa Bed.
At basement level you are met with a Solid Oak 8 seater Dining table with leads on to a the stunning 18ft kitchen - fully stocked with all the necessary mod cons and a Range Master Cooker.
This floor also has a purpose Built Hot Tub Room with Skylight. There is also a well proportioned pebbled garden to the rear of the property.
