Positive: The location to the beach and surrounding amenities such as food shopping and personal care items.
Negative: Unit wasnt very clean especially in the bathroom and front bedroom. Air conditioner wasnt set up properly so it was just blowing hot air in for over a day. Stove barely worked to cook food on the stove top. There was swarms of gnats in the bathroom and front bedroom every morning. Then water droplets forming on the ceiling in front bedroom got personal items wet.
Summary: Decent for the most part.
