The apartment is located on a relatively quiet street and high up, only minutes away from the heart of Holland Park and Notting Hill. The kitchen has been recently renewed with designer appliances and it’s bright, fully stocked and large enough for you to get right in and use it. The dining and living room areas are located right next to the kitchen in a bright and suggestive open space. The apartment offers tons of natural light. Both the dining table and the sofa are large enough to accommodate comfortably all guests. The cosy sofa invites you to relax after a long day of exploring London, retail therapy, work or exploits at the close, world famous Portobello Road Vintage Market. The apartment comes with 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a double bed, and one bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms come with very comfortable mattresses, lovely hardwood floors, windows and great pillows. The apartment offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. It’s important to note this apartment is for sale. Because of this, there may be viewings during your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there is no more than one viewing per week, lasting around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The nightly rate of this apartment is discounted as a thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart lock, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.
Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With 4 different tube stations so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
