A backyard is ample to provide children with some much needed space to play and is fully enclosed. 50m from Scarborough Beach Rd, The Lane is accessible by Bus and Taxi routes. Just 2km from the famous Scarborough Beach and 10kms from Perth City, The Lane is the perfect key to unlock all the fantastic features of Perth.
