Summary: Very mixed bag. Excellent, generous breakfast in the bar area was included in the room rate but bedroom (Oban) was very small and its en-suite especially tiny. View from bedroom was poor and a bit scruffy. Old redundant cables on exterior walls, cleaner's spray bottle visible on widow sill shelf opposite. Bedroom TV poorly positioned. Stairway to room should have better handrail for safety. Our booking was during the Lammermuir Festival so we probably got the last room available. Location convenient for making the most of North Berwick - Scottish Seabird Centre, harbour, beaches, views of Bass Rock, Rocketeer Restaurant etc. No car parking on site but limited free parking nearby and plentiful Local Authority parking paid for by using the Ringo App.
