This unit has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and ba have a small registration process that guests need to fill out.

Please note we have very strict rules for any guests that books, breaking any of these rules will results in the fines listed below.
- NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit or hallways. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine.
- NO LOUD MUSIC after 8pm. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine.
- NOT GUESTS: Only the people who are on the reservation (and who's ID's have been processed with the front desk) will be allowed in the building or unit. Breaking this rule will result in a $1,000 fine.
- NOT PROVIDING ID AT ALL, will result in you not being allowed in the building. You will need to send me this prior to your arrival as well as to the guard at the front desk.
- NO PETS, breaking this rule will be a $750 fine.
- CLEAN UP after yourself when using the rooftop, gym or any other public area. Not doing so will result in a $500 fine.
- DO NOT be disrespectful to guards or people at the front desk, if it is reported that you were, for any reason, this will result in a $500 fine.
- DO NOT leave trash or anything outside the unit in the hallways, breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine.
In addition to the fines listed above, you will also be fined by the building for any of the following instances.
- Police called to residence: $100.00 fine; fine may double with each violation
- Noise - $100.00 fine; fine may double with each violation
- Trash in common area: $100.00 fine; fine may double with each violation
- Smoking in common areas: $100.00 fine; fine may double with each violation
- Smoking inside unit: $100.00 fine; fine may double with each violation
- Damage to common area: $500.00 fine and cost of repairs; fine may double with each violation.
Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver Fee: A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. Alternatively, guests have the option to pay a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $35. This deposit or fee is intended to cover any damages or excessive cleaning costs incurred during your stay and will be returned or waived accordingly after inspection of the property upon checkout.
