Summary: Eric is the property manager and is awesome! He communicated with us very quickly. The house is in a perfect location. It's 1/2 block off the main drag but far enough not to hear the music at the bars late in the night. We loved going fishing on the pier too! The dishwasher is a very handy appliance to have. The place was very clean. If you are staying for more than just a weekend, I'd bring some paper shades because there aren't shades on some of the windows for privacy purposes. The washer and drier in the closet next to the bed room was excellent! The car port was helpful to protect the car from the southern rain and sun. The pool is cleaned every week or two too! We stayed for 5 weeks and would consider coming back.
