You'll find an eclectic mix of artists, young families, entrepreneurs, hipsters, single professionals, bicyclists, and dog-walkers perusing the neighborhood. Art galleries, boutique shops, and restaurants bookend The Owen Bungalow with fun events happening seemingly every weekend in both districts. Really great parks are only less than a half-mile walk away as well.

There's also a plethora of rentable scooters in the area as well as the typical metro transit options. Bus stops are conveniently located at NW 23rd & Walker Avenue. For our listing, we highly encourage our guests to avoid on-street parking as much as possible. There's room for at least 3 vehicles in the driveway.
