Positive: The site and the tent were wonderful. Glorious views. Beautiful sunsets. Plenty of wild life. The toilet block was spotless on our arrival. However I wonder if it could cope with every tent occupied to capacity because we had to wait for a shower with only four tents being occupied!
Negative: The noise from the motorway. No local Taxis. No signage on the road to the site .The fact that you are only allowed one bag of logs. No information as to where to get more. Or do you just help yourself from the log barn across the lane? No tea /coffee milk. No toiletries.
Summary: For the most part it was an enjoyable stay.
